Real Estate Development Through Partnership
We work with owners of real estate to master plan and design dense, interconnected projects that are delivered gradually in order to reduce risk and ensure stable, reliable economic growth. This allows the rest of the neighborhood to evolve around our developments, which creates authentic spaces and amplifies the value of the original, underlying real estate.
Whether you’re a city that owns real estate in your downtown, an investor interested in improving your city, or a private owner interested in developing your own property, we can bring our expertise to the table, raise a Seed Fund, and implement a master development plan for you.

The Phase 1 plan proposed a hotel, residential units, new retail and restaurants, and a complete overhaul of US 411 to create better pedestrian access to the river from downtown.
-
Phenix City AL - Vision & Development Plan
